1. Introduction

Welcome to Coxta Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including web development, social media marketing, graphic design, animation, and editing. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide customized digital services tailored to client needs. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be detailed in a written agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements and assets in a timely manner.

  • Respond to feedback and revision requests to maintain timelines.

  • Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payments

  • Invoices are due as per the agreed payment schedule (usually upfront or milestone-based).

  • Late payments may result in service delays or account suspension.

  • All fees are quoted in PKR or USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Ownership & Licensing

  • You retain ownership of all content you provide.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted rights to use final deliverables.

  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Standard packages may include 2–3 rounds of revisions.

  • Significant changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business or personal information shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coxta Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any project shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • If terminated early, you are responsible for payment for all completed work up to that point.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all client concerns amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through negotiation or third-party mediation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.
