Refunds may be issued when:

  • The service was paid for but not started.

  • A major issue prevents delivery, and we cannot resolve it.

  • A cancellation is requested before work begins.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on:

  • Time spent.

  • Resources used.

  • Deliverables already provided.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after work has started.

  • Deliverables were provided as agreed.

  • Communication from your end is unresponsive or inactive.

  • Reason for the refund request.

  • Proof of payment.

We will respond within 7 business days with a decision.
